• Located about 10 to 15 minutes from downtown (and only 2-3 minutes from our property) is the North Jetty. This quiet alternative to the main beach has less foot traffic. Capture the waves crashing against jetty docks and dramatic ocean views.
• Capture an Ocean Shores sunset. The main beach is a great spot, but it can get busy. We recommend arriving early to find a spot away from the crowds.
• No trip to Ocean Shores is complete without visiting Sharky’s Gift Shop. Be sure to take a photo of the giant shark’s mouth frame.
• See how many birds you can take photos of at the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. This spot is one of the four remaining nesting sites for the western snowy plover and is a great spot to see other wildlife, like deer and elk.
