Ocean Adventure welcomes you to enjoy the perfect stay, nestled here in Oyhut Bay Seaside Village. Enjoy a delicious meal and craft cocktails at the Oyhut Bay Grill, grab a glass of wine or pint of beer at Corks and Taps, shop for groceries for your stay and enjoy homemade baked goods from the Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery, and make sure to stop by our other retail shops throughout the village.


With all the comforts of home, Ocean Adventure is the perfect retreat for your next beach adventure. Ocean Adventure is not a pet friendly cottage.

Oyhut Bay Seaside Village is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.

Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.

Close to everything, easy to get comfy and relax. We were even able to check in an hour early and hit the beach sooner than we’d hoped. Everyone at Oyhut Bay was helpful, kind, and welcoming.

We chose this place because it was very family friendly. The house was super adorable, well maintained, and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. The neighbors were super friendly as well as other members of the community. Super close to the beach and just a cozy spot to kick back and relax.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The cottage was perfect for our small group, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were great! We didnt have a chance to check out the stores, but so love that everything you need is here. We will absolutely be coming back!!! I have already referred several friends! I think the part I loved the most, is that I was able to sit on the porch with my husband and our kids could run over to the park and safely play, we were able to watch them from the porch. That part for us as parents was wonderful. I cant wait to come back and stay longer!

The house was excellent for 2 families, well stocked and the location across from the family game area was perfect! Beautiful space and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. This was our second stay at Oyhut and we will definitely be back. Small walk to the beach but worth it to have access to a secluded area that was great for the kids to play for hours.
