Sea Turtle Cottage welcomes you to enjoy the perfect stay, nestled here in Oyhut Bay Seaside Village. Enjoy a delicious meal and craft cocktails at the Oyhut Bay Grill, grab a glass of wine or pint of beer at Corks and Taps, shop for groceries for your stay and enjoy homemade baked goods from the Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery, and make sure to stop by our other retail shops throughout the village.


With all the comforts of home, Sea Turtle Cottage is the perfect retreat for your next beach adventure. Sea Turtle Cottage is not a pet friendly cottage.

Oyhut Bay Seaside Village is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.

Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.

Our family had an amazing time at Oyhut @ocean shores . It was more than we expected . Cottage was equipped with everything and beyond . Community areas are clean and well maintain . Close to everything, but secluded enough await from town . Restaurant and convenient store is a plus . Very family oriented . We would love to come back !!!!

We had a wonderful time. We loved having a private cottage for our stay. Weve been coming to ocean shores for years, but always stayed in the city. This was a nice change. Our daughter loved the playground, and the on site restaurant, coffee shop and grocery store were wonderfully convenient.
