Windswept Cottage welcomes you to enjoy the perfect stay, nestled here in Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort. Enjoy a delicious meal and craft cocktails at the Oyhut Bay Grill, small bites and pints or a glass of your favorite wine at Corks and Taps, shop for groceries for your stay and enjoy homemade baked goods from the Market at Oyhut, and make sure to stop by our other retail shops throughout the resort.

Windswept Cottage is a dog friendly cottage. Please bring your dogs bedding and favorite toy with you, it is appreciated that you do not allow your dogs on the furniture and bedding.

With all the comforts of home, Windswept Cottage is the perfect retreat for your next beach adventure.

Oyhut Bay Seaside Resort is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.

Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.

Well equipped house with open concept living!

This was a well equipped house, with an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. A master on the ground floor was preferred for us, and the upstairs bedrooms were ample, each with their own bathroom. This is a newer home, in a great little community, and we would look to stay here again. What a great find! Close to the restaurant and shops. Would definitely recommend.

We always have such a great time when staying at Oyhut bay. The convenience of having a restaurant and market with walking distance is great. The kids always have a fun time at the playground and love flying kites in the open grass area. Fun was had by all!

Amazing trip like always! Our go to family vacation spot

Amazing trip like always! Our go to family vacation spot. Save us time and money, not having to purchase and pack everything my family and kids would need. It's all right on site, from cooking, to laundry.. But if you happen to forget something the wonderful people at the market have you covered and have it all. There is something to do for everyone. The beach is about 5 min away and the town is about 10. Not once did I hear "were bored!". Which is a win!!!
