Rays Harbor welcomes you to enjoy the perfect stay, nestled here in Oyhut Bay Seaside Village. Enjoy a delicious meal and craft cocktails at the Oyhut Bay Grill, shop for groceries for your stay and enjoy homemade baked goods from the Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery, and make sure to stop by our other retail shops throughout the village.
With all the comforts of home, Rays Harbor is the perfect retreat for your next beach adventure. Rays Harbor is not a pet friendly cottage.
Oyhut Bay Seaside Village is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.
Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.

We love coming to Ocean Shores, and have made many trips over the years. But in this era of social distancing, we wanted more space to ourselves, and the cottage was PERFECT! We made great use of the well-appointed kitchen. Next time we will come ready to use the provided gas grill too! This end of Ocean Shores was fun to explore and enjoy, while we were just a short drive to town for other attractions and shops. We can't wait to come back!

We loved staying at Oyhut

We loved staying at Oyhut. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. The scenery was gorgeous and so, so many deer! My kids were able to ride bikes, rent movies and play on the play ground. We were able to get up early and walk 2 minutes to the coffee shop and sip our drinks while we watched deer nibble on the grasses. It was super relaxing. The wine selection was good and the menu was great at the little restaurant on site. We cant wait to come back!

I left what I did for website because when I booked there was a code that said if you book and stay before Apr 30 you get 15% off yet the code did not work for me so that was a bummer. We love coming here! Staff at check in and out was very friendly and informational which was nice. My only feedback is on second bedroom with closet locked, it makes hanging clothes difficult. We had to walk downstairs to coat closet to get dressed.

What a quaint little community with all the comforts of home. The cottage/home we stayed in was well appointed and so comfortable. Very clean and dog friendly. We loved being so close to Damon Point and enjoyed the beach so much!

The staff was wonderful. The only "issue" we had was dead batteries in the tv remote. We called the office and they immediately offered to send someone over with new batteries! I feel confident if there was an actual problem it would be handled with the same efficiency!

This cottage was gorgeous, very clean, updates were amazing, and just enough space! The location was great, close to everything but quiet, relaxing setting. Loved that we could walk to the playground, fresh market store, and bistro.
