055 Once Upon a Tide

Once Upon a Tide is a home away from home. It was so inviting we didn't want to go home.

The house was clean and as expected. The games setup in the garage were great for the kids and the Christmas decorations were a nice touch for the season. Would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at Once Upon a Tide several times. We love that we have plenty of room for my family to spread out, and relax after beach days. This house is always spotless and well stocked. We are looking forward to our next trip!

We had a family reunion. We were able to have two families stay in this house (4 adults and 5 children). This house has two bedrooms with their own bathroom that the adults really liked. My grandkids enjoyed having separate rooms. Kitchen was well equipped and became the focal place for our families to cook and eat together. Everyone enjoyed the deck and the hot tub. Older grandkids enjoyed the games in garage.

We stayed here with friends and had such a great time. The house is absolutely stunning and decorated so lovely! We had everything we could possibly need while we were there. The location to the private beach was a perfect walk. We would stay here a million more times if we could. We loved it!!!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family and friends. The weather was not so great, but we had so much fun in the house that we didn't even pay attention to the rain and wind outside. Beautiful home, games and activity space was perfect, and the kitchen was perfect for entertaining. Great place for couples and also families with kids. We will definitely be back.

We joined a group of friends at this amazing home! Our friends arrived first so they had the lay of the land, but it didnt matter who picked their room 1st, 2nd, 3rd 4th because they were all so lovely! Even arriving 2nd we were not sure which room we wanted because they were all so nice! We were so comfortable in our bed we didn't want to get out in the mornings. After we arrived and picked a room we headed straight to the beach for a walk which was just right outside our door. The home backs up to a greenbelt right on the beach, and offers a nice windbreak when you're in the hottub! Definitely a must take advantage of like we did! It was so awesome to be right there with the beach out your back door. There's a lovely view as well from upstairs. The beach was so beautiful, it was like a private oasis, immaculate and pristine, not the crazy public beach we are used to when you head to the ocean elsewhere. Here you had a private sanctuary passing by only the select few who might be a neighbor. We were sure to hit the beach numerous times over our stay despite it being winter. It was like the sky kept clearing over us every time we chose to adventure out. It was so beautiful! The home had so many little personal touches, you could tell the owners really cared about making you comfortable. Like not just your typical commercial instant coffee packets, but they put actual pod selections for you and a Keurig. The kitchenware was top-notch, it was so nice we always returned the favor by taking extra care right back just the way the owners seemed to offer their extra care to us. They even had popcorn and the silicone microwave popper for you to make an extra treat you didn't think to grab, an added touch in case you were ready to settle in on a stormy ocean evening to watch a movie with family. There were board games, and puzzles too. They even had a separate living area on the second floor so that the kids could have separate space and games in the garage like airhockey.

What a welcoming and comfortable home! The owners seem to have thought of everything. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with plenty of space to prepare meals. The cozy indoor seating area provided a great place to sit and catch up with friends by the fireplace. All the bedrooms were HUGE with ceiling fans and plenty of light. Outstanding views from two of the upstairs bedrooms! The deck provided an inviting place to relax in the hot tub, BBQ or just sit around the firepit. Even the garage was put to great use with games and a built in bar. Larger or small groups will not want to leave!

Very very clean and cozy place to stay! Wonderful upstairs set up for kids with extra living room upstairs for kids to play. A very relaxing and welcoming home, would recommend to anyone!

This home is furnished with everything you can think of and in a great location. Everything is just a short walk away. Whether you want to visit the beach, shop, ride bikes, wine tasting, delicious food at the local bar and grill or even play bingo this place has something for everyone.
