GAME ROOM, The Seal Pup Den, an inviting game room decorated in bright colors to reflect the fun-loving nature of the seal pup. It’s a place you can spend an afternoon or evening hanging out with friends, watching the game on the 55” Samsung TV, playing one of 60 video games on the arcade-style video game table, engaging in an exciting game of darts or sitting and talking at the mini-bar. Lots of fun times ahead in the Seal Pup Den!
HOT TUB , experience the classically styled round spa from Passion Spas. It’s tucked away in the side yard behind the fence offering lots of relaxation and privacy.
FENCED YARD, enjoy an extra sense of privacy in our fully fenced yard.
THREE TV’s everyone can watch their favorite shows! There is one in the game room, one in living room and one in the primary bedroom.
DOG FRIENDLY, Dogs Love the Beach, so bring your pup to the Seal Pup where he or she can enjoy beach time with the whole family.

Seal Pup Cottage can sleep up to 8. The bedrooms include a King-size, Queen size, and a 2 Twin, plus there is a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

Seal Pup Cottage was fantastic! It was spacious, beautiful, and thoughtfully stocked. We loved the hot tub, and the game den was a lot of fun. It was incredibly dog-friendly, with a fenced backyard and amenities for the pups. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and had a wonderful time. This is our new favorite house at Oyhut!
The kids thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They’re already talking about coming back for the game room and hot tub.
Amazing Dog-Friendly Beach Retreat

Beautiful, clean home
by NicoleI booked this home for my family to visit on spring break. The home is gorgeous and very cozy, it has ample seating in the living room, a very cute garage converted into a lounge/game room (which my brother spent the whole time in). There were 5 of us total in the house and there was enough space for everyone to do their own thing without constantly being in each other\'s way. The game table in the garage has many classic games like Donkey Kong, multiple varieties of PacMan, and others which was very fun and can be played as single player or two players. My 50 year old dad turned into a kid when it came to playing it (it's also free! No quarters needed). The hot tub was really cool at night with the lights and it was very clean, the team here does a great job at making sure it looks good and is safe to use. The homeowner was very thoughtful and supplied a spice rack filled with multiple different spices to use while cooking, there's almost everything you would need to make a meal minus the food. There is only seating for 4 people at the table but there is additional seating at the island next to the table providing room for the total max occupancy to have a meal together. I think one of the most unique parts has to be that fridge! The left side door has two ways to open it, you can open the main door into the fridge where food is stored or you can open the front side of the door and have access to a filtered water pitcher that is removeable or just the filtered water spout. I wish we could have rented the house longer, will definitely book this again for our next small get together.
