Modern beach themed home with hints of Back To The Future movie nostalgia throughout – can you find them all? This open concept 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home is designed for entertaining large gatherings! It offers the perfect blend of modern coastal style, comfort, relaxation, and everything you’ll ever need for hosting friends and family for an event, holiday, or vacation.
This home focuses on entertainment with a large 70” TV with surround sound in the family room, and 60” TVs in every bedroom. Every TV has streaming access to a large catalogue of movies, TV shows, even Saturday morning cartoons for the kids, including all your favorite music at your fingertips via Spotify.
Relive your Nintendo-thumb days with the custom gaming system in the bunk bedroom that includes thousands of retro games from Nintendo, Sega, Coleco, to Atari and all the popular 80s and 90s arcade games. After a long day of gaming, relax those wherry thumbs in one of the largest hot tubs in the community nestled in a private backyard next to a nature preserve.
If analog entertainment is more your style, flip on the fireplace, pop some popcorn, and check out the wide selection of board games, cards, etc. It’s not a vacation without a spirited game of UNO!

ROOM FOR MULTI FAMILY & GUESTS
Sleeps 10 adults with an emphasis on comfort no matter which bed you lay your head on. Each bed has high end foam mattresses, including the bunk beds which are custom made twin extra-long (80”) designed to be big enough for adults. The couch pulls out to make a queen size bed with thick cushions to ensure a good night’s sleep; even on a pull-out bed!
The kitchen is well stocked for entertaining 10+ people and ready to meet your needs for just about any event right down to the roasting and pie pans. For the cooks, bakers, clammers and crabbers – we see you!
THE BUNK/GAME ROOM
This is where the kids are going to hang out! 4 adult size bunks that are as long as a king bed! 60” HDR TV with a custom gaming system with hundreds of games at your fingertips. Will they ever leave this room? Maybe for food and the hot tub!
EVERYTHING IS A SHORT WALK AWAY
The location of Back to the Beach is ideal as it’s less than a 5min walk to one of the best restaurants in town, the wine bar, beach, lake, grocery store, the events center, nature trails, while maintaining its own private and quiet corner of the resort. Or grab a drink and relax on the front or back covered patio and just listen to the ocean.
NATURAL SURROUNDINGS
Oyhut Bay Seaside Village is built on the edge of the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. Often called the “natural side” of Ocean Shores, this area offers miles of sea level hiking. Bring your camera for some wonderful nature photography. The nearby north jetty has spectacular waves to enjoy from afar - especially at high tide or on a stormy day.

Just across Marine View Drive, Oyhut Bay provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddle boarding. Even on the rainiest of beach days, there is something for everyone at Oyhut Bay. Enjoy a relaxing fire in the fireplace and a good book. There are no bad days at the beach.
