The property boasts a generously sized second living space that doubles up as a gaming room. Here, you will find a variety of year-round activities, including Skee-Ball, Giant Connect 4, a large playhouse, PonyCycles, a 60" Smart TV with streaming apps, PlayStation entertainment, and an assortment of toys and games.

The outdoor features are sure to impress. Enjoy the 180-degree water views from the spacious sun deck, fire up the BBQ grill, and play outdoor games in the fully fenced backyard. There's also a fire pit for S'mores, a hot tub for relaxation, and a 10ft x 20ft dock to watch the sunset while spotting wildlife.

Enjoy open-concept living with a gas fireplace and a 55" smart TV with cable and streaming apps. The fully equipped kitchen has high-quality cookware, spices, and utensils. Dine at the breakfast bar or dining table that seats six.

The stairs lead to the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and a canal view. It has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a 42" smart TV. Two more bedrooms have queen-sized beds, air mattresses are available. Two full bathrooms and one half-bath offer ample space for everyone to get ready before heading out to the beach.

Located in Oyhut Bay Seaside Village, just a ten-minute walk away from the beach through the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area. You can enjoy a delicious meal at the Oyhut Bay Grill, grab a drink at Corks and Taps, purchase groceries at the local market, and check out the other retail shops in the village. Don't forget to try the "best cookies ever" from Oyhut Bay Market and Bakery!

Additionally, you can enjoy miles of sea-level hiking in the Oyhut Wildlife Recreation Area, which is only steps away from the property. If you're interested in water activities, our private dock provides access to 26 miles of canals for kayaking or stand-up paddleboarding.

Heron's Haven on the Canal is a dog-friendly cottage, so bring your furry friend along for the adventure. Please bring your dog's bedding and favorite toy with you, and kindly avoid allowing your pet on the furniture and bedding.
