Ocean City State Park
Found just outside Ocean Shores in Hoquiam is Ocean City State Park. You can drive on the beach during most seasons, which is great if you’re loaded with everything you need for a relaxing beach day. This park is also great for birding, digging for clams, and shelling.
North Jetty
Located on the north entrance to Grays Harbor, North Jetty features a small beach, rocky shoreline, and breathtaking views. Watch the waves roll in or try your hand at surfing the waves that can reach up to 10 feet.
Griffiths-Priday State Park
About 20 minutes north of Ocean Shores is Griffiths-Priday State Park. This park gives visitors the best of river and ocean life. The park is set on the Pacific coast and at the mouth of Connor Creek. Take a walk on the beach or wade into the water for some surf fishing.
