We found the condo spacious and roomy for a family of five plus their grandmother. Had bedrooms/bathrooms for us all, with good privacy and quiet spaces. It was a very relaxing and restful experience. We even enjoyed the ride on the elevator:). The whole village atmosphere, with outdoor lights at night, was lovely. The condo was beautifully decorated, a real beach experience. In fact my granddaughters called it the "beach house." The floor plan was well laid out, spacious and conducive to resting and relaxing. We shopped at the Market and got a coffee and snacks there. We sat around the outside fire pit one evening. The parking was close by. The condo was a short drive to the beach and downtown. All in all a great location.

Upon check-in, leading up to check-in, and during our stay, Lorene was most helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to ensure our comfort and that needs were met. The owners of Starfish Cottage thought of every detail in making their guests feel at home. So many extra amenities and touches made it so we didn't want to leave. Did I mention how clean this place was? I have a fine eye for detail and easily spot dust and grime at other places we have stayed. Didn't find any here. The grounds were also beautifully maintained. No weeds!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. The cottage was perfect for our small group, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were great! We ALWAYS love our time in the Oyhut cottages! We've stayed about 8 times and have stayed in 7 different homes. Each has been extremely clean. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The homes all come stocked with all the cookware and dishware you could need, paper towels, dish soap and sponge and cute decor! My only complaint is the 5pm check in time. It used to be 3pm but sometime in the last year or so switched to 5pm which really puts a cramp in plans and almost makes me wonder if its worth it since check out is 11am, so an "overnight" is really only 17 hrs. Also, store was redone recently and now has coffee shop and the most delicious baked goods ever!!

Given the close proximity to the beach and nature, I would have liked to see a focus on sustainability and organic food, with composting on site, healthier food in the restaurant, NO STRAWS, plastic to-go containers or plastic bags, non-toxic dishwashing soap...there are many ways to increase awareness while decreasing environmental impact. More and more people care about this stuff. Also, Im curious to know what type of disinfectant you are spraying in the rooms before people arrive. Amazing trip like always! Our go to family vacation spot. Save us time and money, not having to purchase and pack everything my family and kids would need. It's all right on site, from cooking, to laundry.. But if you happen to forget something the wonderful people at the market have you covered and have it all. There is something to do for everyone. The beach is about 5 min away and the town is about 10. Not once did I hear "were bored!". Which is a win!!!

Lorene the property manager was absolutely wonderful through out the booking. Unfortunately I was unable to stay I. The rental because of uncontrollable circumstances. So my review is not in regard to how nice the place was, you can see pictures for that. This review is more about the character of this company. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt taken care of the entire time. Even contacting me on her days off to inform me of changes in real time. I would highly recommend booking with this company. They are more than fair and accommodating.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our first trip to Ocean Shores. Not knowing the area, we weren't sure where to stay. The staff was so courteous and understanding. great community . easy to stay at. i house was very clean and beds comfortable . wonderful lighting . seeing the deer was a plus and hope keep them around loved the wildlife refuge . they were shooting ducks when we walked over to damon point in our direction . some people let big dogs run off leash but most compliant . could improve advertising for the restaurant on site . store nice .

There was a press on finger nail on the floor of one of the upstairs bedrooms. We ran into it as we were getting unpacked. Overall, the home was lovely, clean, and had all the amenities we needed.

Cottage was very pretty and the location was great. We were right across the street from the outdoor games, a fire pit we used in the evening to relax, have a drink and visit and the restaurant is amazing. It is a quick drive to downtown and about a 15 minute walk to the beach (or a few minutes to drive). It was nice being away from any crowds. Felt like you were in a separate little town and seeing the deer was amazing as well. We will definitely be back again!

Our condo was so adorable and comfortable. I was a little disappointed initially because I thought I had rented a cottage. However upon arrival we were directed to the condos. But it was so beautiful and cozy that I quickly forgot about my reservation error and we enjoyed our room for the weekend. I would def stay here again but would be sure to double check my booking to ensure I was booking a cottage. Thank you Oyhut we will be back.

The property was amazing. Keren was so accommodating and provided us with outstanding service. One small thing that could have improved the overall experience would be to provide air conditioning in the cottage. It got a bit warm at times, which made it difficult to sleep. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying at Oyhut. The house was clean, modern and comfortable. The scenery was gorgeous and so, so many deer! My kids were able to ride bikes, rent movies and play on the play ground. We were able to get up early and walk 2 minutes to the coffee shop and sip our drinks while we watched deer nibble on the grasses. It was super relaxing. The wine selection was good and the menu was great at the little restaurant on site. We cant wait to come back!

Every time we stay here, we are able to slow down, relax, check out and just enjoy down time. The bistro, coffee house and grocery store (all nearby) help with this, too. Though we only stay here in November, December or January, it is nice to visit and clean up (we own the cottage). We are so happy many folks stay here and leave such wonderful notes in the cottage's notebook.

Sand Piper Cottage has everything we needed to stay in a place without worrying about bringing much. We stayed 2 nights and wished we had another night to enjoy it, but enjoyed the bbq grill, stove and oven for cooking. There was a lot of storage space that made most of the room functional. My wife and I gives this place a 9 out of 10.

We enjoyed ourselves very much with the exception of the noise from the large family gathering next door. At 12:30 am things began to quiet down. Once we turned on the kitchen, utility and bathroom fans we were able to get to sleep. Worked like a charm!
